Privacy Policy

We collect only what you submit through the campaign inquiry form: your name, email address, business website, typical project value, estimated audience size, and campaign goal, plus any optional business type, campaign option, and service area you provide. Submissions include a timestamp, lead reference, and campaign source information.

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and Web Analytics. Our own campaign measurement records page visits, campaign and booking link clicks, email link clicks, accepted inquiry submissions, and bookings created through the embedded calendar. Those event records include the page, campaign tags, general traffic source, event reference, and timestamp. Our campaign event database does not store your name, email, IP address, form answers, or full referring URL.

Inquiry data is used for one purpose: evaluating fit and responding to you about a potential engagement. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Ever.

We use campaign measurement to understand which pages and sources lead to inquiries and booking activity. This site uses session storage in your browser to carry campaign source information between pages in the same tab. We do not set advertising cookies. Our custom event collection respects the browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Formspree processes and stores inquiry submissions on our behalf and sends notifications to our business inbox. Cloudflare stores campaign event records and forwards mail sent to [email protected] to our business inbox. Email correspondence is retained there. Cal.com processes the contact information, time selection, and answers you provide when booking a call, and shares booking details with MailWhaler. These providers also process service and security data under their own policies.

We keep inquiry data while it is being evaluated and for our business records afterward. We retain campaign event records for up to 13 months and review or remove older records during reporting. Want your inquiry data corrected or deleted? Reply to any MailWhaler correspondence, or email [email protected], and we will handle it promptly.
