mailwhaler.com is an informational site describing MailWhaler's outbound services. Using it means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Submitting a campaign inquiry starts a conversation. It does not create an engagement, and we may decline any inquiry at our discretion. Actual engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls over these terms wherever the two differ.

Do not scrape the site, probe or overload the inquiry endpoint, submit false inquiries, or attempt to bypass its validation. We may block traffic that does.

The site's copy, design, and imagery belong to MailWhaler. Do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailWhaler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted here. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at MailWhaler's principal place of business.
